Avalon is an enclave of only 57 homes, all being built on the largest homesites at River Islands to date. The layout of the homes are expansive as well, with a single level plan of 2,827 square feet and two two-story homes with up to 5 bedrooms. Having such large lot sizes means the homes in this collection offer 2 or 3 car garages and generously-proportioned yards. Trumark Homes has put together a customization package that provides lofts, dens, Next Generation suites and more. The homes face out to a neighborhood park and a link of the 18-mile trail system that surrounds River Islands, both soon-to-be constructed.
